OMEGA II - Fence Systems

WARRANTY & SERVICE

Omega II hereby guarantees, against any and/or all defects, the quality of the galvanized and polyester-coated steel fence products sold under the Omega II Fence System™ or the Double Wire Fence System™ brand names, and manufactured by its own.

This warranty covers standard fence components set in normal fencing conditions. For fence products galvanized and coated, it extends to (10) years, from the date of purchase, on fence line items and (5) years on gate assemblies. Coverage is offered on the galvanized steel wire incorporated into the fence system and guarantees it against any and all defects or failures resulting from rust or corrosion.

The polyester powder finish is guaranteed against flaking or blistering but does not cover fading or spots.

If galvanized only, on fence line items and gate frame, the warranty extends to (10) years for structural integrity only and not against rust.

This warranty does not cover fence installations exposed to chemicals, harsh marine environments, or in which the wire mesh panel is partially submerged or buried. It also excludes damage resulting from accidents, improper installation or vandalism. Structural resistance of the Omega fences is foreseen for normal use. Excessive loads caused by accumulations of snow, hail, or ice, trees or any other material causing damage to the fence, will not be deemed to constitute a defect of material or manufacture covered under this warranty.

By this warranty, Omega II hereby limits its liability to the prompt replacement of the defective material. The expenses incurred for the removal of the defective product and the installations of its replacement are not within the scope of this warranty. In the event of a defect or failure, the original purchaser shall send a written notice of the said defect, as soon as it is discovered, to the vendor from whom the product was purchased, with a copy being forwarded to Omega II. To register the rights afforded by this warranty, the purchaser must complete and fax a warranty registration form within (30) days of the date of delivery. Omega II does not assume responsibility for bodily injury, damage to property or for any other damage directly or indirectly resulting from the use of its products.

This warranty shall extend only to the initial purchaser and is non-transferable.
